The official definition of health by the World Health Organization is “a state of physical, mental and social well-being, not merely the absence of disease or good health”. Therefore, health includes not only physical strength, but also a normal state of mind.

Therefore, mental health is particularly important. If the body is weak or suffers from certain diseases, but the patient has a normal state of mind and is able to deal with it correctly, together with active exercise and scientific care, the body can recover gradually. If there is a mental disorder and a person is lethargic all day, even a strong body may undergo pathological changes.

In our daily life, we should pay attention not only to our physical health but also to our mental health. If we feel that we have a mental problem, we can go to a counseling department to receive treatment and undergo mental health tests, such as symptom checklists and mental health diagnostic tests. If there is any abnormality, we should intervene actively.
